Request Space

The Women’s Fair is always looking for like minded exhibitors and sponsors to add to our show and make our event special. Please complete the form and we will contact you with availability and confirmation. This Request for Space is not a binding agreement but we encourage you to complete the form because we want to hear from you!
If accepted, a signed contract and a 50% booth fee deposit are both required in order to reserve booth space. The remaining balance is due by February 1, 2025. Reserving booth space after February 1st, 2025 will require booth fees to be paid in full with a signed contract. Women’s Fair will not hold or reserve booth space without a signed contract and a deposit.
The Women’s Fair will not refund payments within 90 days of the event. A 50% refund of the paid amount will be issued if the exhibitor cancels in writing no later than 90 days of the event, and if the contracted exhibit space is resold at full price.
